Bedrooms line
bedrooms Cots
There are 3 bedrooms in the villa - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor with their own balconies. The ground floor bedroom and one of the 1st floor bedrooms have a double beds, whilst the remaining 1st floor bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, which also contain a set of draws built into them. All bedrooms also have hot/cold air-conditioning, and the ground floor bedroom also has a ceiling fan.
Should you need additional beds, there are 2 single airbeds that can be zipped together to make a double airbed. And for the children, there is a travel cot availble, and also a childs airbed.		 line

The kitchen has the usual facilities such as Iron, Microwave, Washing Machine, Oven, Hob, Extractor fan, Fridge Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker. There are plenty of cups, glasses and crockery, and an additional table should you need some extra preparation room. The hot water tank is also located in the kitchen in the cupboard above the fridge freezer.		 line

The lounge/dining room has hot/cold air conditioning, and consists of a 3 piece suite with an open fireplace in the corner of the room. There's a TV in the cabinet opposite with a Sky-digi box, a video and also a DVD player. And although the Sky-digi box is only freeview, there are still nearly a hundred channels to choose from. The dining table will comfortably sit 6 people around it, and when pulled out/extended it will seat 8 people.
In addition, there is also a baby's highchair for those who may need one.		 line

Bathrooms		 line

There are 2 fully tiled bathrooms, one on the ground floor which has a toilet, basin and a walk-in shower area. The 2nd bathroom is on the 1st floor, and has a toilet, bidet, basin and a bath with a shower. Towels are available in the villa, and are all clean and washed ready for use.		 line

On the patio there is a BBQ, table and 6 chairs for sitting out and dining al fresco style. At the front of the villa there's a carport for off-road parking, and a gravelled garden with a water feature to the side. To the rear there is also a paved area with a rotary washing line.
The private swimming pool to the front of the villa is 10m x 5m and is 2m deep, and there is a shower for washing off the sun cream before using the pool. There are also 4 sun loungers for sitting out in the sunshine around the pool patio area.
And for those with children, there is also children's buggy available if you need it.		 line
